Aerobic Kickboxing Fitness classes vary in intensity accomodating all experience and fitness levels. For the more advance there are even classes using specialised equipment such as focus pads and punching bags.

Aerobic Kickboxing Fitness is a class for both sexes and all ages. One aspect that appeals to women is that it teaches them some basic self defence skills in a friendly, non contact and accessible fashion. It instills that sense of confidence and strength in everyone who participates. People walk away after a session not only feeling totally invigorated but also felling in control.

Each Aerobic Kickboxing Fitness class also contains a stretching component to improve an often neglected part of working out - flexibility. Many of the moves requires some degree of joint mobility and if you don't have that, you soon will!

Our Aerobic Kickboxing Fitness program has been developed through over 35 years of Martial Arts tuition.
Elements of the program have been used to train professional sporting organisations such as the Sydney Kings basketball team. The training drills utilise isometric and plyometris elements which are designed to increase cardiovascular response while stretching and strengthening muslces. It is designed for you to get maximum results in the shortest period of time. It is also a great stress reliever and tunes every part of your body.
